To spend a holiday in this comfortable Holiday Village with pool on the Gargano, while visiting the historical and naturalistic attractions of this promontory, is a unique occasion, which should not be missed! Consult this section to discover useful information about the Villaggio Arcobaleno, which welcomes its guests with professionalism and cordiality. 

Prices include: V.A.T., Wi-Fi zone, air conditioning from 22/06 to 31/08, organised entertainment for adults, children and teens (22/06 - 31/08), Sat-TV, safe, barbecue on the veranda, one parking space.

One parking space per apartment (covered with shade)
hot water, gas, electricity, and use of the pool (swimming cap required).

CLUB CARD INCLUDED

BOOKINGS: The booking will only be confirmed if accompanied by a confirmatory deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. If the deposit is not sent, the booking will not be taken into consideration.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Upon arrival, the apartment will be made available to Mr. and Mrs. Clients between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon arrival, the balance must be paid and the exact number of people forming the family unit or group must be declared, which must not exceed that of the booking. The service staff will carry out the final cleaning at the price of € 45.00, however, it is obligatory to return a clean kitchenette or an additional charge of € 20.00 applies. A deposit of € 100.00 in cash will be required upon handover of the apartment key, which will be returned upon departure after a proper inspection by the management.


CANCELLATIONS: Are only accepted by registered mail or e-mail
Cancellation is free of charge within 15 days before the start of your stay and you will be able to
1) use the entire deposit you paid in another period of the current year (no later than the following year)
or
2) the deposit you paid will be refunded, minus the amount of € 100.00 for administrative fees.
From the 14th day before the start of your stay onwards, cancellation will result in the total loss of the deposit.
In case of no-show or the interruption of the stay, whatever the cause, you are not entitled to any refund. In case of late arrival, the guest is required to notify the Village. Alternatively, the Management reserves the right to rent the accommodation to others without any obligation for refund or compensation.

Compulsory Tourist Tax (payable locally and in cash): € 2.50 per day per person over 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 days from June to September; in the remaining periods € 1.00 Resolution of the Municipality of Vieste No. 354 of 22-11-2021.

Linen can be rented on site: bed linen € 11.00 per person per change, bath towels (set of 3 pcs.) € 7.50 per change. 
Crib on request € 50.00 per week. 
Consumptions for baby 0-2 years old even with own crib € 30.00 per week. Second car € 50.00 per week. 
Use of table football for a fee.
For the benefit of the guests, access to the village is restricted to guests only.
Small pets are allowed on request and are € 50.00 per week without meals.

The beach service consists of 1 beach umbrella and 2 cushioned sun loungers. It is not possible to book from the third row onwards. Showers and bathrooms inside the village.

The apartments that are equipped with a washing machine (type A and B) (surcharge € 50.00 per week) are located 400 m from the sea.

The apartments are not provided with bed linen and towels, mocha, non-stick frying pan, and barbecue grill. 

THREE-ROOM APT.: brick-built with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower stall, safe and large covered veranda equipped with barbecue. About 63 m² including veranda.

TWO-ROOM APT.: brick-built with one bedroom, kitchen/living room with bed, bathroom with shower stall, safe, and large covered furnished veranda. Outdoor barbecue. About 35 m² including veranda. 

► Type A - 3-room apt.: on 1st floor with veranda in 2-story building, barbecue and safe 250 to 400 m from the beach.
► Type B - 3-room apt.: on ground floor with small garden and veranda, barbecue and safe in two-story building 250 to 400 m from the beach.
► Type C - 3-room apt.: on ground floor in single-story building with small garden and veranda with barbecue, safe at 150 to 250 m from the beach.
► VIP - 3-room apt.: on ground floor in single-story building with small garden and veranda, barbecue, safe, and washing machine, 100 to 150 m from the beach.
► Type D - 2-room apt. max. three sleeping places: single-story building with small garden and veranda, outdoor barbecue, safe, provision for washing machine, including private beach and final cleaning, 100 to 150 m. from the beach. Maximum three sleeping places.
